The Bulletin KNOB in/and English

As of September 2019, articles from the Bulletin will also be published in English, online in open access. Publication in English gives the Bulletin international reputation and is in line with the international scientific community standard.

As an example, the editors have selected a number of articles from previous years for publication in English*; these are representative of the content of the Bulletin and have an international scope. By now, all authors who publish in the Bulletin from 2019 onwards will be offered the opportunity to offer their article in English for publication online.

The KNOB has been publishing the KNOB Bulletin since 1899. At home and abroad, the magazine has enjoyed a reputation in the field of spatial heritage for more than a hundred years. The editors therefore continue to look forward to articles in order to enrich and deepen the knowledge in the broad fields of architectural and building history, urban planning history, cultural landscape and heritage, in the past and present, but also with a view to the future. The English translation can provide an extra stimulus for this.
